Gas Furnace Tips
The most important step to take before starting the furnace for the season is to have it inspected by a licensed contractor like Smithmyer Plumbing & Heating, LLC. Gas furnaces are always more affordable to use than the electric furnace where gas is readily available. On the downside, burning fuel generates fumes. In well-maintained gas furnaces, the fumes generated are enclosed in the exchanger and then exit the house through an exhaust vent.
